Story of Dana Kovacic
When I first started, I didn't know anything about business—not even how to run an Excel sheet. I knew it would be hard work, but I had faith that I could make it work. As a business owner, I’ve walked in your shoes. I know the sleepless nights, the relentless hours, and the exhaustion that comes from giving it your all and still feeling stuck. I was working over 80 hours a week, burning out, and yet, my bank account didn’t reflect my hard work. I’ve made every mistake possible—and even invented a few new ones along the way.
But everything changed when I got a coach. With their guidance, I grew my team and managed to work just 5 days a month in my business because I still loved it. This journey led me to buy my dream home in my own name, a milestone that was incredibly meaningful to me, especially coming from generational poverty. It shocks me that women were not even allowed to have their own bank accounts only 50 years ago. This fuels my passion to empower women to build their wealth, regardless of where they start. I firmly believe that women can be, do, and have it all. Supporting women to achieve this is what I love to do.
After 10+ years of owning my shop front business, I decided to sell it to purely focus on helping women like you. I now coach women in business, helping them scale and enjoy the highest commodity there is—time. Intuitive Leader was born from this journey, driven by my passion to help women unlock their potential and achieve their dreams. With my experience in shop-front businesses and formal business training, I understand the unique challenges and opportunities women entrepreneurs face. This inspired me to create a coaching and support system that combines personal growth with strategic business acumen.
I envision a world where women in business are not just surviving but thriving. My goal is to create a community of empowered women who lead with confidence, achieve their financial goals, and enjoy a balanced, fulfilling life. Intuitive leadership—trusting our gut and leading with authenticity and purpose—is at the heart of this vision. By aligning intuition with strategic actions, women can overcome challenges, inspire their teams, and elevate their businesses.
This vision is deeply personal to me because I know the pain of growing up in generational poverty. I remember not having school books or even food at times, and watching my mum, a single parent, struggle to provide for her five children. These experiences fuel my passion to help women achieve financial independence and business success.
Beyond business, I am dedicated to conserving nature, protecting animals, and feeding the hungry. I believe in using our success to give back to our communities and safeguard our environment for future generations. By fostering intuitive leadership and holistic success, we can create a more equitable, prosperous, and sustainable world.
